I'm trying to find this tool?
I saw this tool the other day that was gravity operated. It's very hard to explain it, but it looks like one of those pocket knifes that has the pliers, but this one was gravity operated. It started off looking like a normal pocket knife that you have to open up to find the pliers, but instead of opening it up, you just snap your wrist so the knife looks down briefly, and the pliers pop out.
If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, and either has a better way to explain it, or knows where to find it, it would be greatly appreciated!

I believe you are talking about several tools offered by Gerber. The Multi-Plier 400 and Multi-Plier 600 (among others) come in multiple configurations each and include the pliers which slide out and lock in position with a flick of the wrist. Here are a few from their site:

If this is the product line you were looking for I'd suggest shopping around. It is a fairly expensive line, but I found them on several sites at substantially lower prices than those found on the official Gerber site.
