Ryobi Power Hand

anybody else had problems with a ryobi 28040 power head 2 cycle?

The string trimmer will not turn the motor starts and revs up looks like the shaft turns inside the unit. I went to start it this morning and the string would not pull (broke string)pulled motor out of case and re wrapped string motor will turn over by by hand but not with pull string any help any one? And don't tell me to contact Ryobi I have left 4 messages at there support center. thanks in advance

your best bet would be to take it to a repair shop.
