Microadjust aftermarket rip fence for Ryobi BTS16 table saw?
I have a Ryobi BTS 16 10" table saw. (Motor: 120V, 60 Hz, 15 Amps
Blade Diameter: 10", Drive System: Direct, Depth of Cut at 0°: 3", Depth of Cut at 45°: 2 1/2", Rip Capacity: 30" Right of Blade; 18" Left of Blade).
How can I find out what aftermarket rip fence with microadjust will be a perfect fit for my saw? I'm still pretty new on the table saw, but its already obvious how nice microadjust would be, and the fence on this saw leaves a bit to be desired from the factory.
RPM: 5,000 (no load speed)
Weight: 56 lbs.
If you're doing work that requires the accuracy of a microadjust fence, it's probably about time to upgrade to a better saw. Not trying to be rude, that's just how it is. Direct Drive saws typically are not all that accurate and don't always make the best cuts. That being said, I have an older Ryobi saw much like yours I use when I need a saw on a jobsite. You'll probably just have to engineer your own solution for a fence though. I don't think they make anything like that for these saws. I added a piece of 1/2" all-thread and a stop to mine so I can adjust it pretty close.
