It turns on but there is nothing that moves. Am I not supposed to push it against the board? It wont push the blade wont come out. I have a Ryobi Ry30522 weed whacker that i need to mix gas/oil for and I don't know the correct gas to oil ratio. The two cycle oil container has lots of different ratios ranging from 16:1 up to 100:1 and each ratio has a different amount of oil to add to 1 gallon of gas. which how much gas and oil should i use? 30cc engine

If It Shows A Boat Or Other Water Craft On The Label Don't Use It ("Most" Of The Time Water Cooled Oil Is Sold In 32 oz Bottles)... Ok, Your Question: The Best For Overall Use In A String Trimmer / Chainsaw Is 32:1 (4oz 2 Cycle Oil - 1 US Gal Of "Clean New" Gasoline). If You Got A 3.2oz Bottle Of Oil Mix It With .8 US Gal Of Gasoline. When You Have Finished Using The String Trimmer Drain Or "Run The Unit Out Of Fuel" - This Helps Reduce The Problem Of Varnishing The Inside Of The Carburetor (75% Of All The Repairs We Do Now Are Fuel / Carburetor Related).
